ResponsibilitiesResponsible in answering incoming telephone calls
Handle sales inquiries
To process order, arrange delivery and issue official receipts
To process payment request and co-ordinate with supplier
Perform any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the management
Requirements :
At least 2 years working experience in Admin or Accounts
Self-initiative, hardworking and have a strong sense of responsibility
Required language(s): Bahasa and English
Computer literate, especially MS Office (Word & Excel)
Must possess at least secondary school certificate
Attractive Remuneration package (basic+ performance bonus) will be offered
